Phone Apps I Live By For Blogging

I may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post. Click a link and I might get some moolah.

We all have the phone apps we need for blogging to be sure we don’t miss out.

Here the apps I use for a cohesive experience and transition between my phone and laptop for my blog.

WordPress

Obviously, I use WordPress to draft posts and upload pictures. I also go here to check my analytics, make any quick adjusts and respond to comments and feedback.

Instagram

Of course I am using Instagram to drive traffic to my blog as well as share pictures of what’s happening on the blog for that day. I also like to engage with my followers as well as look at other accounts that inspire me to get better at this blogging shit. Though my following is small, it is good to me.

Twitter

I don’t know if most people use this for promotion, but I use Twitter to share my blog to some accounts that will RT out to the masses who follow. I also participate in Twitter chats to get myself out there. I have been on Twitter for 10 years now…. the dedication I know. It has done me great for promoting my blog and meeting other bloggers.

Later

Later is scheduler for Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook. I currently only use this to schedule Instagram posts so that I don’t have to keep up with when to schedule. I schedule most of my posts in the morning and keep it moving along with my work day. I use the free option, but there are several paid options you can choose from.

Snapseed

Snapseed is a photo editing app. As of right now, I can’t decide which Canon DSLR I want, so my phone’s camera will do. I use this app to edit all of my photos and get them just right for Instagram and the blog.

Canva

I use Canva to make pins for Pinterest and sometimes graphics for the blog. You can obviously make a tone of things on there for free but that is my main focus.

Google Analytics

You all should have Google Analytics. Periodt. I don’t even need to tell you why. YOU KNOW WHY!

OneNote

If you haven’t already check out my blog post on why I use OneNote. But also it is a good place to jot down your ideas and keep things organized.

Outlook Mobile

This app is to check email on the go and keep me up to date with blog related things.

What apps are you using for everyday blogging? Let me know in the comments.
